OffboardOS is a job search management platform designed to help individuals organize and optimize their career transitions. Our Service includes:

  • AI-powered career planning and task management
  • Resume storage, parsing, and tailoring tools
  • Job application and interview tracking
  • Networking contact management
  • LUMO, an AI career coaching assistant
  • Financial runway planning tools
  • Community features for peer support

User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Use only one account per person

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

Intellectual Property

Your Content

AI Services Disclaimer

Our Service includes AI-powered features, including LUMO (our career coach) and resume analysis tools. You understand and agree that:

  • AI-generated content is for informational and guidance purposes only
  • AI responses should not be considered professional legal, financial, or career advice
  • You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI recommendations
  • AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using AI features

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee that you will find employment or achieve specific career outcomes
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for third-party services or content

Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we reasonably believe your actions may harm other users or the Service.

Governing Law
